Summer Fun

Every summer, people head to Lake Taibat near Crooklyn. There are so many things to do at the lake. Lots of people snorkel, hoping to catch a glimpse of the Pretty Flamingos that live in the lake.

On Saturdays, people have swimming relay races. Each team has 8 members. Swimmers carry they that are passed from one team member to the next. The winning team is awarded us and we. Lots of people come to watch the races. They cheer on teams by shouting, “ WOW!!”

After the races, people paddle their Puppies around the lake. Then everyone comes back to shore for a picnic of Chicken sandwiches and Pasta sundaes. Someone usually plays the I while people eat.

People are sad when the summer ends. But everyone looks forward to the next summer at Lake Taibat when they can snorkel above the Pretty Flamingos, swim for prizes of us and we, and paddle their Puppies.

Today is Saturday and the weather is real bad outside. I don't plan on going outside, it's raining and the wind is hella crazy. I don't even want to bother with it right about now. A tre.e also fell on my block as well.

Another boring weekend; Saturday was type yak, I had to get some books for my mother at the library......I spent a good thirty mins there looking for 1 book to come to the solution where they didn't even have the book that I spent time looking for. After that my brother wanted to go to Kingz Plaza with out telling nobody. I did not want to go there.....I really didn't want to go anywhere, I was not in the mood to be walking around. Today is Sunday and tomorrow we go back to school unfortunately and I have to unfortunate people faces.

This weekend Shutter Island came out. When "Shutter Island" opened with an average grade from moviegoers of just C+, Paramount Pictures had to wonder: Did audiences genuinely dislike the movie, or were they just unsure what to think of the twist ending as they walked out of theaters?
The studio got the answer it wanted this weekend, as ticket sales for the Martin Scorsese-directed thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio declined a relatively modest 46%, indicating that word-of-mouth is pushing the picture along, rather than sinking it. "Shutter Island" easily topped the box office chart this weekend, selling a studio-estimated $22.2 million worth of tickets in the U.S. and Canada from Friday through Sunday. Of the two new nation-wide movies, Warner Bros.' "Cop Out" performed better, collecting $18.6 million, while Overture Films' horror remake "The Crazies" brought in $16.5 million. That's actually a stronger start for "Crazies," however, which cost Overture and its financing partners just under $20 million to produce while Warner spent nearly $40 million to make "Cop Out," the Kevin Smith-directed buddy comedy starring Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan. Woman's issues can vary from how they look to how they are interpreted. Some women have insecurities about how they look and their body features. Some women may not like their hips or their nose or lips or any other body part; and to fulfill those insecurities they might do something that may have a greater impact on them rather than the insecurities. Back in the day women weren't even given the right to vote, it took them a while the receive that privilege. And some people (men in particular) sometimes underestimate women; so their were times in the past where women were just as qualified to do things as men but of course they didn't believe so, so women just had to stick with what they were already doing.

There are a lot of teen issues out there right about now. There are teens that are getting pregnant, taking drugs, homeless, and doing things that they damn well know they shouldn't be doing. The thing is some people always say they want to do something about it but they don't do anything. Problems that teenagers are faced with today can take so many forms. Even in stable, solid family units, teens will face confusion and uncertainty with themselves and life. But in today's world of divorce, broken homes, unsafe sex, and alcohol abuse, teenagers face issues that show themselves in different ways to different individuals.

Today is Saturday and I want to go shopping so bad you do not know how bad. I'm so bored; I'm done with all of my regents week assignments and I just wanna have sum fun now. But I don't know about this weather, it's type cold to just be hangin out outside but hopefully my mother and father can bless me with sum money so that I can go shopping.

Today is Saturday and I'm chillin in my crib right about now; but theres only one day of school next week and it's Monday and we dont have to go back to school until February 2 but I already know that some of my teacher's are going to odee on the homework. But for now I'm not really doing anything this weekend and plus the weather is not so bad outside so everything is all good.

This weekend was nothing out of the ordinary. Saturday I was home most of the day chilling, watching t.v, and listening to music. Today I went to a class and my friends little brother kept bothering me but it's all good. I'm thinking bout something and I hope to take action on Tuesday since there is no school tomorrow. Plus one of my friends likes this boy from her church but she dont want to holla at him. I called him to see if it was the boy and it was and he has a nice voice.

This weekend is going well so far. Some people are acting type shady but its all good. No harm. I'm full of joy so all I do is brush it off my shoulders and keep it moving. But I hope the rest of this weekend goes well. So that's all for this week.

Today is Saturday, the second day of the New Year. I have a lot of resolutions for this New Year. Today I plan on finishing my work from the break and going out to Downtown or Kingz Plaza or something. It is really cold outside right about now; but I'm glad there isn't no snow out there. I hate it when it snows and then the snow on the street gets mad dirty and black. But anyways school is about to start on Monday and I am not excited about that shit.
